Anna helps people reconnect with their bodies through a balanced and science-informed approach to nutrition and lifestyle. She’s passionate about creating sustainable routines that support digestion, gut health, hormonal balance, weight management, and nervous system regulation - helping clients feel grounded, energized, and at ease in their everyday lives.
Her approach goes beyond food. Anna believes that real health is built from the inside out - combining mindful eating, movement, self-care, and rest to create a rhythm that fits modern life. She studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), trained in Kundalini Yoga and meditation, and is currently completing her certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Anna on her yoga mat, in a Pilates class, or walking her dog Quincy through Nose Hill Park. She loves travel, new recipes, and a cozy night in with a good book and a cup of tea.
