Twyla Walker

Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.)

Twyla is not your average massage therapist – she is a wellspring of knowledge dedicated to aiding the body heal and perform at optimal levels. Specializing in the treatment of soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, headaches and migraines, her mission is to sprinkle a bit of magic into people's lives by improving their quality of life.

As an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist boasting an impressive 3,000 hours of training from Makami College, Twyla is no stranger to the art of healing. Her specialty is Rapid Neurofascial Reset (Rapid NFR), which is a dynamic, movement-based technique that tackles tension and restrictions in muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves by tapping into the intelligence of the central nervous system.

Rapid NFR lays the groundwork, but her treatments are like a symphony of soothing sensations. Able to combine Myofascial Release, Dynamic Cupping, Active Isolated and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, and gentle Joint Mobilizations, Twyla’s wisdom and techniques flow harmoniously in one session.

Beyond the massage table, her life is a symphony of adventures and hobbies. From hiking with her dogs to fostering rescues, to playing a game of dodgeball or a round of any tabletop game, to doing yoga and camping under the stars  – Twyla really does it all.
